Washing instructions:
Machine washable warm. Use normal detergents that do not contain bleach or fabric softeners. Air dry only, do not tumble dry
Usage instructions:
If the shirt is too loose in neck and back there will be less fabric-skin contact and the soothing warmth effect will not be as great.
