This well-balanced bit with a short purchase and set back shanks is ideally suited for the pleasure, cutting or using horse. The Dr. Bristol is a three piece snaffle joined in the center by a small ring. It helps to even out the pull on each side of the bit. The copper wire adds a little authority while creating a sweet pleasant taste.
