Open front ripstop outer shell is water resistant, breathable, has 500 gr. polyfil 210D taffeta lining and fleece wither protection.  It has crossed surcingles with elastic ends,double buckle front closure, tail cover and leg straps plus shoulder gussets allow freedom of movement and is good for complete winter protection.  Black bottom half. Some colors and sizes no longer available.
