One of the most common styles, the eggbutt bit is ideal for sensitive horses and youngsters. The shape is gentle on the cheeks and will not pinch. Great for beginning riders on well-trained ponies too.

Technical description:

18mm (0.7 in.) thickness, rings: 70mm (2.7 in.).

Washing instructions:

Always wash a bit after each ride. Remove from bridle and soak in hot water. Use small brush to remove residue. Dry with clean towel.
